Warranty Policy

Product Warranty
GOODSMANN guarantees this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY PREMISE:
Unless obtaining written authorization from GOODSMANN, defective products must be returned to the service department in advance to initiate repair or replacement.

Warranty Guidelines/Limitations
GOODSMANN guarantees this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser/consumer. Your use of this product constitutes agreement with all provisions of this warranty. Purchasing this fixture from a third party vendor negates all warranties (expressed or implied). Proof of purchase will be required when filing a warranty claim and the product must be shipped back in the original purchased condition. GOODSMANN will pay for all shipping charges within ninety (90) days of the original purchase/consumer for a valid warranty claim. After ninety (90) days, the purchaser/consumer will be responsible for all shipping charges. The product must be shipped back with padded material/carton to ensure the safety of the item while in transit. Once a defective item is received, GOODSMANN may elect to repair or replace damaged units covered by the terms of this warranty.

2.If requested GOODSMANN will provide instructions on returning a defective products for repair or replacement.
3. At GOODSMANN’s discretion, a replacement unit may be provided instead of repairing a defective product.
4. GOODSMANN will ship the repaired or replacement product at no cost to the purchaser/consumer within ninety (90) days for a valid warranty claim. GOODSMANN will also provide the purchaser/consumer with a return tracking number upon request.
